Terms of Service

Effective date: September 23, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your use of christmaslightsofatlanta.com and to the holiday lighting services provided by Christmas Lights of Atlanta (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By requesting a quote or booking a service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Our Services

We design, install, service, and remove holiday lighting for homes and businesses in and around Atlanta, Georgia. The scope of each job, including lights, wreaths, garland, and trees, is described in your written quote.

2. Quotes

Quotes are free and written. Anything said by phone or text before we have seen the property, or photos of it, is an estimate and not an offer. The written quote describes the work it covers. Changes you ask for after the quote is approved are written up separately before they are scheduled.

3. Scheduling and Weather

Installation runs from late October to about mid-December, and dates are set in the order quotes are approved. Rain, wind, ice, or lightning can make roof and ladder work unsafe. If weather prevents work on a scheduled day, we move the job to the next available date and let you know.

4. Access and Property Condition

You agree to give the crew reasonable access to the areas being decorated, including gates, and a working exterior outlet, and to tell us about known hazards such as loose gutters, damaged roofing, fragile materials, or pets in the yard. Lights are attached with clips and wraps, not staples, nails, or screws.

5. In-Season Service

If part of a display we installed stops working during the season, text a photo and your address to (470) 380-7797 and it will be placed on a service route. Service does not cover damage from tampering, changes made by others, animals, or severe weather.

6. Takedown and Storage

Takedown takes place in January. We then hold your labeled lights in storage until the next season, unless a different arrangement is agreed in your written quote. Ownership of the lights is stated there as well.

7. Payment

The due date for payment, and any deposit, is set out in your written quote.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel or reschedule before your installation date by contacting us. If strand has already been cut to length for your property, a materials charge may apply, and this will be explained before you confirm the booking.

9. Limitation of Liability

As far as Georgia law allows, our total liability for any claim connected with our services will not exceed what you paid for them. These Terms do not restrict any liability that applicable law does not allow to be restricted.

10. Website Content

The text and images on this website belong to Christmas Lights of Atlanta or are used with permission, and may not be copied for commercial use without our written consent.

11. Governing Law

Georgia law governs these Terms.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms. The version posted on this page, with its effective date, applies to new bookings.
